Next up: URLs and meta descriptions! If you're writing a blog post about "how to learn English" then you might use "learn English" as a keyword somewhere in there. It's also good practice (and very helpful) if you include that same keyword in your URL—like this: https://www.example.com/how-to-learn-english/. This way people who are searching for information on learning English will find this post through search engine results because they searched for something like 'learning english.'

CAN YOU MIX MATCH PHRASES FOR SEO?
You can mix and match phrases for SEO. Mixing different words in a phrase is fine, but it's important not to go overboard with long-tail keywords. The more words you use in a phrase, the less likely people are to use them in Google searches.
Another tip: don't be afraid of using multiple words within one keyword phrase—like "dog training" or "dog daycare." Some people may search for "dog training," others might search for "training dogs," and still others might look up something like "how to train your dog." IS IT GOOD IDEA TO ADD PUNCTUATION TO KEYWORD PHRASES?
In some cases, you may want to use punctuation as a separator between words in your keyword phrase. For example:

This is an example of adding punctuation to your keyword phrases for SEO purposes. But you should only do this if it makes sense within the context of what you're writing and won't confuse readers who are reading your copy.
WHY ADDING A PERIOD BETWEEN A KEYWORD ISN'T THE BEST IDEA
If you're trying to rank for a keyword phrase and you want to use two or more of your keywords in that same sentence, Google might not like it.
